Bowen Foam & Fabrics, LC - Delivery/Shipping Policy
NOTICE: Seat Frame Kits and Frame & Foam packages ship via freight truck only. Shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) is no longer available.
All shipments are Freight On Buyer (FOB) our warehouse unless otherwise mentioned.
Any orders called in, during normal business hours, by 4:00pm Central Standard Time (CST) will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, the order will ship the next business day.
Freight costs on special orders are the responsibility of the customer.
International shipping is available! Please call for an estimated cost for shipping to International Destinations.
Not all products are available to ship to all destinations.
Most domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. For estimated ground shipping transit times refer to the graphic below.
Bowen Foam & Fabrics - Return Policy
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Bowen Foam & Fabrics. All returns must be accompanied by original invoice and must be in same condition as original time of sale. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Note: No returns will be accepted on special order items or materials.
Note: No returns will be accepted on cuts of material less than five (5) yards.
ERRORS IN PACKAGING
If an incorrect item or material is shipped or delivered due to Bowen Foam & Fabrics, LC's error. The item or material will be exchanged at the cost of Bowen Foam & Fabrics, LC. The incorrect item or material to be exchanged must be in it's original packaging and in saleable condition. No claims will be credited if the item or material has been cut or altered. No claims will be accepted after two weeks.
